Provides strategic leadership for student engagement, leadership development, civic engagement, orientation, and campus-wide programming initiatives.
Collaborates with campus partners to foster an engaged campus community and support student success through co-curricular experiences and services.
Leads marketing, communications, and space management strategies that enhance student involvement and campus life.
Advises the Student Government Association (SGA)
Advises Senior Class Council
Oversees budgets, contracts, vendor agreements, film and production rights, and off-campus venue reservations.
Supervises professional staff, graduate assistants, and student employees

Director of Campus Centers

Manages the Campus Centers, including 172 Tremont, the Student Performance Center (SPC), Griff's Game Room,
Oversees the room reservation platform 'Spacebook'
Advises on event planning, logistics, space use, and technical needs
Manages all requests for posting on digital signage across campus
Serves as a liaison to the Office of the Arts (OA) and Media Technology and Production (MTP), and other departments for student orgs
Coordinates the booking of promotional tables across campus
Provides technical support for on-campus spaces

Assistant Director, Student Advising and Leadership

Supports the extracurricular experience at Emerson College
Leads the Leadership Development Institute, including tracking student progress, collaborating with campus partners to offer a variety of elements, and planning recognition
Develops and facilitates student organization and advisor training, including updating handbooks and presentation content
Manages the new student organization with the Student Government Association, including updating applications and other forms, training, handbook, and approval process
Educate and advise students and student organizations on policies and procedures associated with local, state, and national laws, as well as college policies and compliance
Leads the planning and execution of the Org Fair
Advises all Fraternity and Sorority Life chapters, including the FSL Leadership Council, planning community-wide events, and managing the New Member process

Assistant Director, Student Engagement and Outreach

Plans and facilitates campus traditions and signature events like Weeks of Welcome, Back to Boylston, Breakfast for Dinner, etc
Advises Emerson Mane Events (EME), our student-led programming board
Provides best practice for event planning — meet with Cesar to navigate the process from idea to execution
Leads departmental branding and marketing strategies
Organizes on and off-campus civic engagement initiatives that promote voter education, community service, and advocacy
Advises Class Year Councils (First Year, Sophomore, and Junior)
Co-advises the Student Experience Senate

Student Affairs Financial Manager

Assists with the management of annual budgets for both student orgs and Student Affairs
Supports student org leaders and departmental staff on budgeting, purchasing, expense reconciliation, financial planning, and fiscal responsibility.
Facilitates financial transactions for student orgs, including payments, reimbursements, contracts, and purchase orders
Collaborates with student leaders to plan trips and travel details such as lodging, transportation and event registration
